At Active Scent, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise determined at our sole discretion. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Active Scent
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The exchange request is submitted within the eligible time frame
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including return and reshipment fees.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned outside the 7-day window
- Products not in original condition or packaging
